Clinical Psychologist / Counselor (Freelance Telehealth)

About the role

Intellect is looking for Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to join its telehealth platform and support clients' mental health and personal growth. Work is mainly done in scheduled 60-minute video sessions, with the option of occasional onsite sessions. It is a freelance remote role with flexible hours, suitable as a side income or to supplement a private practice; local candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients
• Work on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addiction
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Required profile

• Master's or postgraduate diploma in Clinical Psychology
• At least 300 clinical hours
• AHPA registered
• Proficiency in Urdu
• Prior experience in EAP and/or counselling, and with group sessions
• Critical Incident Support Program experience preferred

Required skills

• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Willingness to do occasional onsite sessions
