Clinical Nurse & Training Coordinator – iMEP on the Move

About the role

The iMEP on the Move program delivers mobile clinical treatment and education across government hospitals and medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh. We are seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse & Training Coordinator to support doctors, technicians, and trainees on the mobile unit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and technicians during dialysis and other approved clinical procedures.
• Prepare patients, monitor vital signs, and ensure infection‑control practices are followed.
• Support diabetic retinopathy screening and operate the fundus camera after training.
• Conduct classroom and hands‑on training for nurses, technicians, and medical students.
• Facilitate live clinical demonstrations and educational programmes on the mobile bus.
• Travel to any deployment site across Uttar Pradesh as required.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification.
• Valid registration with the Nursing Council of India.
• Relevant hospital clinical experience; dialysis, nephrology, ICU, or vascular access experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly on weekdays throughout Uttar Pradesh.
• Ability to report to the Operations Manager – iMEP on the Move.
