Clinical Engagement Lead (India)

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior, field‑based Clinical Engagement Lead to serve as the primary liaison between the company and global clinical investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites. The role focuses on building and managing investigator and site relationships to support the organization’s clinical trial portfolio across India and other APAC territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify clinical sites and investigators for upcoming trials.
• Engage investigators, maintain strong relationships, and act as the trusted point of contact.
• Support clinical trial execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Provide field intelligence back to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.
• Represent Beeline Medicines’ scientific portfolio with authority at external meetings and conferences.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond for company events.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and investigator engagement.
• Deep knowledge of immunology and inflammatory disease therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to represent scientific data confidently.
