Clinical Care Coordinator – Nursing & Phlebotomy

About the role

Lyxaa is a health‑optimisation startup seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator who blends nursing expertise with a sales‑first mindset. You will engage clients, deliver IV nutrition and infusion therapies, and ensure a seamless clinical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads, enquiries and walk‑in visitors into paying clients for Lyxaa’s services.
• Administer IV nutrition and other infusion therapies under medical supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy, collect blood samples and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Manage front‑office duties including billing, appointment scheduling, tele‑calling and client follow‑up.
• Provide accurate health‑related information and explain Lyxaa protocols to clients.

Required profile

• GNM qualification with a valid Kerala Nursing Council registration.
• 1–3 years of practical nursing experience, specifically in IV cannulation, infusion therapy and phlebotomy.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to build trust with clients without relying on a rigid script.
• Self‑starter attitude, ownership and willingness to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
