About the role

Join Philips' Global MR Clinical Specialist Team to support clinical activities, protocol and ExampleCard delivery, workflow testing, product validation, and issue follow‑up within the clinical application domain. You will work on improving imaging and workflow quality while building specialist knowledge through hands‑on scanning and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Support protocol and ExampleCard delivery as part of product quality assurance, including testing, findings collection, and issue documentation.
• Contribute to software and application testing to enhance image quality, workflow maturity, and customer readiness.
• Participate actively in scanning, validation, development support, and feedback discussions to grow clinical specialist expertise.
• Assist anatomical domain activities such as development support, customer complaint analysis, feasibility testing, product validation, monitoring of FOK sites, and training.
• Facilitate site‑specific clinical scanning execution, covering scanner readiness, volunteer logistics, bay booking, operator preparation, compliance, and customer visit planning.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medical imaging, MBRT, radiography, imaging technology, or a related field.
• Solid clinical experience with MRI (approximately 2–3 years) and working knowledge of MR protocols, application workflows, and basic MR physics.
• Ability to contribute to protocol optimization, clinical testing, workflow assessment, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and issue follow‑up under senior guidance.
• Fluent English with strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, adaptability, and collaborative skills.
