Clinical Application Specialist – MR

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist supports the effective implementation and use of Philips' clinical applications and technologies in healthcare settings. The role designs and delivers tailored training programs that meet diverse provider needs while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and deliver clinical training programs to healthcare providers, both on‑site and remotely.
• Assess training needs, develop customized plans, instructional materials, and user guides.
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify optimization opportunities and improve application utilization.
• Build strong relationships with clinical staff and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot complex queries, and document all interactions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/Vocational education or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or related field (or no prior experience with a Bachelor’s degree).
