Clinic Manager (Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic)

About the role

A proactive, business-driven Clinic Manager is sought to run the day-to-day operations of a wellness clinic offering skin treatments, hair fall treatments, dark circle treatments, chemical peels, laser hair reduction and acne treatments. The role covers clinic operations, patient counseling, sales conversion, team management and revenue generation. Candidates from aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, slimming, IVF or healthcare service backgrounds are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete clinic operations, coordinate doctors, therapists and support staff, and manage appointments and patient flow
• Drive revenue through patient counseling and treatment package sales, convert inquiries and walk-ins, monitor leads and follow-ups, and achieve monthly revenue targets of Rs 7-8 lakhs or higher
• Build long-term patient relationships, handle escalations and keep satisfaction and retention high
• Manage receptionists, counselors, therapists and support staff, including performance monitoring, reviews and training
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports on revenue, footfall, conversions and collections, and manage inventory and vendors

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3-8 years of experience in aesthetic, skin and hair, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness or healthcare operations
• Mandatory: strong sales and patient counseling experience, proven track record of meeting revenue targets, and experience managing clinic staff and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay is Rs 45,000-50,000 per month. Applicants are asked about their current and expected CTC, notice period, availability for an in-person interview in Noida Sector 104, years of clinic management experience, and whether they have handled patient counseling and treatment package sales.
