Client Services Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our team. The role is open to recent graduates from any discipline who can combine strong communication with project management abilities. The specialist will support client interactions and produce management information system (MIS) reports using standard office tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports using Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist in creating client presentations and service proposals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
