Client Services Manager – RPO Industry

About the role

Cielo is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a team of recruiters delivering best‑in‑class service to RPO client accounts. You will build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and drive talent acquisition partnership goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing recruiting team, set performance standards and provide coaching.
• Develop and monitor recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and satisfaction surveys.
• Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to implement new client engagements.
• Design strategic hiring plans, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Manage program events and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in an RPO environment.
• Demonstrated experience coaching peers or managing a team of recruiters.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Experience using social media tools for candidate sourcing.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
