About the role

The Portland Area Manager will lead our janitorial teams across multiple sites, ensuring that cleaning and maintenance tasks meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of janitorial services across multiple locations.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of janitors and supervisors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess work quality.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and manage budgets for labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Address and resolve client or staff issues promptly.
• Implement sustainability practices in cleaning methods and products.
• Prepare reports and analyses on operational performance for senior management.
