About the role
Interskill Solutions is looking for a civil engineering professional to deliver practical, hands‑on training to students and aspiring engineers in Thane. The role combines classroom instruction with real‑world project guidance to develop industry‑ready talent.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct practical and classroom training sessions for civil engineering topics.
- Guide students through real‑world projects and case studies.
- Provide hands‑on training on software such as AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, ETABS, Tekla Structures and Navisworks.
- Help learners build industry‑ready skills and prepare for technical interviews.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering, BIM, or structural design.
- Strong ability to teach, mentor and communicate technical concepts.
- Professional background as a civil engineer, BIM engineer, structural designer or similar.
