Civil Trainer – ETABS (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Civil Trainer – ETABS is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Coimbatore. You will deliver structured training sessions on ETABS and related civil engineering concepts to students and early‑career professionals, using practical examples, real‑time projects, and industry‑relevant case studies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on ETABS workflows, including modeling, analysis, and design.
• Prepare lesson plans, develop training materials, and create assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners strengthen technical and analytical skills.
• Guide learners through project work and real‑world case studies.
• Stay updated with current industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course content and delivery.
• Mentor learners on professional behavior and readiness for industrial placements.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in ETABS, including structural modeling, analysis, and design.
• Solid knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals and design codes.
• Effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and preparation of training materials.
• Proficiency in related civil engineering software tools such as AutoCAD or STAAD (advantageous).
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; prior training or teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Coimbatore and stay current with evolving industry practices.
