Civil Site Supervisor – Luxury Villa Project

About the role

Nurall is seeking a hands‑on Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily civil and finishing works on the Raha Luxury Wellness Villas, a boutique Balinese‑inspired villa development near Auroville, Puducherry.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and finishing activities on site.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site labour.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor construction timelines, material usage and maintain progress reports.
• Take site measurements, verify contractor quantities and manage material requirements.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping and workmanship standards.
• Identify issues early and facilitate timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in residential or villa construction.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication and labour‑management skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site near Auroville.
• Two‑wheeler and knowledge of Tamil are an advantage.
