About the role

The Engineer – Execution – Site (Civil) is responsible for managing day‑to‑day civil construction activities on‑site, ensuring that work progresses according to design, schedule, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute civil works such as earthwork, substructure, superstructure and finishing in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise subcontractors and on‑site workforce, guaranteeing adherence to schedule and quality requirements.
Monitor daily site progress, report delays or issues to managers and coordinate timely availability of materials, manpower and equipment.
Conduct inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering and other civil activities, maintaining documentation like DPRs, checklists and material reconciliations.
Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with safety guidelines, codes and client specifications.
Assist in preparing bar‑bending schedules, joint measurements and contractor billing, and resolve technical issues together with design and engineering teams.
