Civil / Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Civil / Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities on project sites, ensuring safe, timely and quality execution of civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan and monitor manpower, machinery and material requirements.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Execute work in line with the project schedule and meet planned targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Verify measurements, keep accurate site records and prepare daily progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.
• Support billing, planning and quantity verification when required.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–8 years of experience in infrastructure, industrial or building construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of surveying, RCC, earthwork, structural and finishing works.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
