Civil Project Manager

About the role

Preetee Builder is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead residential and building construction projects. The role involves end‑to‑end project execution, site operations, planning, contractor management, quality control, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil construction activities from start to completion, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, coordinating with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Control site resources – manpower, materials, machinery – and monitor costs, material consumption, and contractor bills.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper documentation of site activities and progress reports.
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues, and lead the site engineering and supervisory team.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in civil construction and project management, preferably on high‑rise residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage large construction sites, multiple contractors, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
