Civil Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of construction projects in Rajasthan. You will be the single point of accountability for programme, cost, quality, safety and client relationship, reporting directly to the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and drive the master construction programme to meet fixed handover dates.
• Plan and secure manpower, plant, formwork and material resources ahead of schedule.
• Chair daily and weekly site reviews, identify slippage early and implement recovery plans.
• Own the billing cycle, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and protect cash flow.
• Manage extra and non‑tender items, conduct rate analysis and obtain prior written approvals.
• Raise contractual notices and claims within contractual windows.
• Control site costs against budget, award subcontractors and settle accounts.
• Enforce approved specifications, method statements and inspection regimes.
• Supervise waterproofing works and maintain detailed records.
• Drive snag closure and achieve virtual completion.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering fixed‑programme construction projects on time and within budget.
• Experience leading a site organisation of ~35 staff plus subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes, safety protocols and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
