Civil Maintenance Staff – Plant Operations

About the role

The Staff Civil (Plant) supports SH Civil in implementing planned operation and maintenance activities for civil structures and projects at the cement plant. The role ensures work is completed within the targeted time and budget, meeting business targets and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of civil structures and plant projects.
• Plan and procure high‑quality tools and equipment to enable fast execution of jobs.
• Compile and submit accurate MIS and management reports, ensuring compliance with software such as Colony Maintenance.
• Control costs related to spares, lubrication, manpower and inventory, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Implement and monitor SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards, conduct toolbox talks and ensure 100% safety compliance.

Required profile

• Ability to plan manpower and resources in a remote, isolated plant environment.
• Experience handling civil works, maintenance and modifications in an industrial setting.
• Strong focus on safety compliance, continuous improvement and cost control.
