Civil Execution Manager – High‑Rise Residential Projects

About the role

The Manager – Civil Execution will lead the complete construction of a designated residential tower or building block, overseeing all phases from structural work to final finishes. The role demands rigorous planning, supervision, and coordination to meet quality, safety, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all construction activities for the assigned tower, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, coordinating sequencing to avoid delays.
• Track daily and weekly progress, prepare reports and liaise with planning, procurement, billing and quality teams.
• Manage subcontractor performance, verify executed quantities and support billing processes.
• Enforce site safety standards and resolve quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• 8‑12 years of experience in high‑rise building construction, including RCC, masonry and finishing works.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
