Civil Execution Engineer

About the role

The Civil Execution Engineer will lead the civil execution of 3‑5 star hotel and hospitality projects, ensuring that planning, sequencing, and resource utilization are optimised. The role bridges design and operations, handling cost analysis, billing and hand‑over to the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily activities, sequence jobs and manage material and manpower utilisation.
• Conduct time and cost analysis and assess its impact on the project.
• Prepare and amend Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for civil works.
• Monitor project budget throughout execution.
• Verify specifications during BOQ and BOM amendments for hotel/hospitality projects.
• Handle project billing and coordinate hand‑over to the operations team.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in execution of hotel or hospitality construction projects.
• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and perform cost‑time analysis.
