Civil Execution Engineer

About the role

The Civil Execution Engineer will supervise and execute civil construction activities for residential, commercial and factory projects. Working on site in Mumbai, you will ensure that all works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress, resource deployment and material utilization on construction sites.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, survey, procurement, billing and subcontractors to maintain smooth execution.
• Verify work quantities, support measurement and billing, and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with method statements, inspection requirements, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Resolve site execution issues and optimise resource usage to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and contractual obligations.
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks under tight schedules.
