Civil Execution Engineer – High-rise Projects

About the role

The Engineer / Senior Engineer – Civil Execution will manage day‑to‑day construction activities on high‑rise tower projects. The role involves supervising site works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and reporting progress to the Tower Incharge.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction tasks such as RCC, masonry, plastering and finishing, ensuring they follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist the Tower Incharge in planning and monitoring daily and weekly work, securing materials, manpower and equipment, and tracking productivity.
• Oversee subcontractor and labour teams, verify adherence to drawings, quality standards and safety guidelines, and report any delays.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and safety audits, identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily progress records, site reports, and documentation for drawings, execution and inspections; support quantity verification for billing.
• Coordinate with planning, billing, quality and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural execution, masonry and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of construction sequencing for high‑rise projects.
• Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
