Civil Engineer – Site & Project Execution

About the role

COLOROOM PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a practical and responsible Civil Engineer to lead site and project execution. You will work directly with management, clients, contractors and vendors to ensure projects move smoothly from planning through completion. The role is heavily on‑site and requires ownership of daily construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate civil, finishing, interior and waterproofing works.
• Prepare basic BOQs, quantity estimates and material‑labour calculations; assist in schedule preparation.
• Manage material requirements, vendor coordination, and inspect incoming supplies for quantity and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material consumption records and progress documentation.
• Communicate site requirements to management, coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors, and provide regular project updates.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 0–5 years of construction/site experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand BOQ, estimation and quantity calculation.
• Good communication, coordination skills and willingness to work on‑site and travel as needed.
