Civil Engineer – Site Management (4-10 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer with 4–10 years of professional experience to join our project team in Kochi. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, managing project timelines, and delivering high‑quality residential and commercial constructions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site construction activities in line with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality control, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, quantity estimations, and material management to improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• B.Tech./B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–10 years of hands‑on experience in site management and civil construction, preferably residential.
• Prior experience on high‑rise building projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of civil execution, structural works, finishing, and quality control.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, site layout planning, and quantity surveying.
• Excellent communication, site management, and problem‑solving abilities.
