Civil Engineer – Quality Control (QA/QC)

About the role

Amiltus Builders, a fast‑growing developer of premium gated villa townships in Bareilly, is looking for a Civil Engineer to lead quality assurance and control across a new residential project. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end QA/QC process, reporting directly to senior leadership and ensuring that every handover meets the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Test and approve construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates and finishes before use.
• Inspect all construction stages—from reinforcement and concreting to waterproofing and final finishes—and halt work that does not meet specifications.
• Run the site laboratory, maintain clean and complete quality records, and conduct cube, slump and sieve analyses.
• Lead pre‑handover inspections to deliver snag‑free homes and train supervisors and contractors on quality best practices.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–6 years of QA/QC or site experience on residential or building projects.
• Working knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) codes and site testing procedures.
• Confidence to identify sub‑standard work and the ability to drive corrective actions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IS codes.
• Cube test, slump test and sieve analysis.
