Civil Engineer / Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

L&T Construction is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer/Manager to lead construction projects across major Indian cities. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising execution while ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage on‑site activities such as concreting, reinforcement, and construction methodology.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, tracking performance against targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect schedule, cost, or quality.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships and provide regular status reports.

Required profile

• Full‑time ITI, Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• 3–15 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Proven ability to manage construction activities, concreting, reinforcement, and safety compliance.
