Civil Engineer – Finishes Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional to play a key role in developing state‑of‑the‑art construction projects, focusing on civil works and high‑quality finishes. The candidate will ensure the highest standards of excellence across site management, building specifications, and finishing works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute site activities, monitoring daily work progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare bar‑bending schedules and submit DLR/DPR documents to management.
• Oversee aluminium shuttering, concrete works, façade glazing and aluminium works.
• Control quality of marble, tile, granite, gypsum plaster, painting and other finishing works.
• Maintain site protocols, ensure adherence to IS codes and construction standards.
• Monitor and report any project delays promptly.
• Basic coordination with MEP works and ensure proper integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
• 1–6 years of experience in construction site execution, preferably in real‑estate or high‑end apartment projects.
• Working knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) codes and construction practices.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with aluminium shuttering and concrete works.
