Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer (Land Development)

About the role

The Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control).
• Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans.
• Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance.
• Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences).
• Prepare water, sewer, utility plans per U.S. local agency requirements.
• Research standards/codes and respond to agency review comments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (U.S. education strongly preferred).
• 1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenRoads.
• Strong English communication (verbal & written).
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, strong organizational skills.
• Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required).
