Civil 3D / MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer – Land Development

About the role

The Civil 3D/MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer will work on various land development projects, designing, planning and managing stormwater systems. This full‑time, on‑site position in Hyderabad collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver efficient engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare land development and site civil construction drawings, including roads, utilities, grading, drainage and erosion control.
• Assist in zoning, preliminary and concept land development plans.
• Work on site grading, stormwater management and safety design under senior guidance.
• Draft soil erosion and sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences).
• Prepare water, sewer and utility plans in accordance with U.S. local agency requirements.
• Research standards and codes and respond to agency review comments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (U.S. education preferred).
• 1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation.
• Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads.
