About the role
Lenskart is seeking a Circle Lead to own its fastest‑growing North East market. This founder‑style role combines full P&L responsibility with hands‑on execution of an AI‑driven, omnichannel retail strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Drive topline revenue, profitability and unit economics across the region, improving conversion, ticket size and repeat purchase rates.
- Define and execute a data‑informed offline sales strategy using AI‑assisted selling tools, demand‑forecasting models and live dashboards.
- Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing team of Area Managers and store staff, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Own the end‑to‑end in‑store customer experience and NPS, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Lenskart’s premium, tech‑enabled eyecare promise.
- Maximize store productivity through smart staffing, AI‑supported planning and continuous operational improvement.
- Gather market intelligence, translate local insights into expansion opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large retail or sales teams with full P&L ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to act on real‑time data and AI insights.
- Track record of driving same‑store growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving market.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI‑assisted selling tools and demand‑forecasting platforms.
- Experience using live performance dashboards and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Capability to implement AI‑supported staffing and inventory planning.
