Chinese Cook

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Cook to join our fast‑growing QSR chain in Hyderabad. You will prepare momos, dim sums, shumais and other Chinese‑style dishes, ensuring each plate meets Zomoz’s taste and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, dough and fillings for momos and dim sums.
• Cook using steaming, frying and other methods as per recipes.
• Plate dishes with consistent presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfil orders quickly during peak periods.

Required profile

• Experience in Chinese or pan‑Asian cooking, especially momos and dim sums.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced QSR environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with clear communication.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
