Chef de Partie – Culinary Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team at our Goa location. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the service team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals and substitute items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure food safety.
• Thaw frozen items in refrigeration, portion, arrange, and garnish dishes.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality and quantity of prepared food.
• Communicate menu specials, out‑of‑stock items, and excess food usage to service staff and the Chef.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching of kitchen staff.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies and report any incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar culinary role.
• Technical or vocational culinary education preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb and work in a fast‑paced environment.
