About the role
Join TTEC as a Chat Customer Service Representative and help customers resolve their issues through chat, text, email, and social media. You will provide friendly, written support that turns ordinary interactions into exceptional experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer communications via chat, text, email, and other non‑verbal platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and problems using written communication only.
- Report to the Team Lead and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain high standards of grammar, spelling, and professionalism in all messages.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (freshers are also welcome).
- Strong written communication skills with good grammar and spelling.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
