Chartered Accountant – GST & Taxation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chartered Accountant (CA or CA Inter) to join our Accounts & Finance team in Jodhpur. The role focuses on GST compliance, taxation, day‑to‑day accounting operations, and financial reporting, ensuring statutory adherence and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, annual returns) and reconcile GST with books.
• Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.
• Monitor input tax credit (ITC) and ensure compliance.
• Calculate, deduct, reconcile, and file TDS returns.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank/account reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and support month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter qualification.
• 2‑5 years of experience in GST, TDS, and accounting compliance.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• GST laws and TDS regulations.
• Accounting standards (Indian GAAP/Ind AS).
• Tally and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
• Bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
