Channel Sales Manager

About the role

Alfa Laval India is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow its pharmaceutical business in the Southern region from Hyderabad. You will be responsible for mapping the market, building relationships with integrators and end‑users, and driving sales of HFH products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market mapping and creation of demand in the pharma sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, integrators and EPC partners, influencing decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute long‑term sales plans, channel agreements and business‑channel strategies.
• Analyse market insights, buying behaviour and channel performance to motivate partners and increase Alfa Laval product sales.
• Conduct regular market visits, train channel partners and ensure they have the tools needed to meet targets.
• Utilise the CRM system consistently to support the sales process and reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in sales, sales support or proposal development for capital goods.
• Background in chemical or mechanical engineering (BE preferred) with techno‑commercial knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing or equipment supply.
• Proven experience working with pharma, chemical or manufacturing customers.
• Based in Hyderabad and willing to travel within the Southern region.
