Channel Account Manager – India

About the role

AVEVA is seeking experienced Channel Account Managers to drive software sales revenue across India. You will work with channel partners to grow the business, focusing on the Monitoring & Control portfolio and other solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Go‑sell (Box4) sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Grow business through assigned partners aligned with AVEVA’s partner strategy.
• Add value to sales engagements and position AVEVA offers at a high level.
• Ensure partners meet contractual requirements, including product training and certifications.
• Identify and address partner coverage, capabilities, and capacity gaps.
• Manage partner and customer issue escalation.
• Conduct partner QBRs, performance analysis and recommend actions.
• Maintain partner compliance with AVEVA programs, policies and trade regulations.

Required profile

• 12‑16 years of enterprise‑level software sales and/or partner management experience with a proven channel success record in India.
• Experience managing Value Added Resellers and knowledge of OT applications and AVEVA product lines (Historian, Operations Control, Asset Performance).
• Ability to drive ARR through subscription models such as the AVEVA FLEX Program.
• Strong social and organizational skills with a collaborative, cross‑functional approach.
