Certified Nursing Assistant – Nursing Staff

About the role

The Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join its campus health team. The role involves delivering first‑aid and basic nursing services to students, faculty, staff and visitors, ensuring a safe and healthy environment within the institute.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid and basic nursing care to the institute community.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with doctors or hospitals as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records, registers and related documentation.
• Monitor and replenish essential medicines and medical supplies.
• Assist in health check‑ups, medical camps and other health‑related activities organized by the institute.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper upkeep of the first‑aid/medical facility.
• Carry out any additional healthcare duties assigned by the institute.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, educational institution or similar healthcare setting (preferred).
• Strong communication abilities, caring attitude, alertness and the capacity to handle emergencies responsibly.
