CEO Office Associate (COA)

About the role

Altamont Group is looking for a highly capable, analytical, and communications‑driven CEO Office Associate (COA) to support strategic coordination, executive communications, research, and business development across the CEO Office. The COA works closely with the CEO, Office Coordinator (OC), and Administrative Assistant (AA) to ensure smooth information flow and high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality executive materials, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Strengthen proposal and business‑development outputs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Maintain quality control across CEO‑level deliverables.
• Support cross‑functional projects and the CEO’s priorities with precision and clarity.
