CEO / Business Head – Oncology Centre

About the role

The organisation is seeking a dynamic CEO / Business Head to lead its Oncology Centre in Ajmer, Rajasthan. This senior executive will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and market presence in the competitive healthcare landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient footfall, revenue, and market share.
• Build and nurture relationships with doctors, referral sources, corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies.
• Lead business development, marketing, branding, and referral‑network activities.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, develop, and manage leadership and operational teams across clinical, admin, HR, finance, and support functions.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• MBA/MHA/PGDM in Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of senior experience in hospital/healthcare administration, business development, or operations.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, and decision‑making abilities.
• Good understanding of the Rajasthan healthcare market; experience in cancer or multispecialty hospitals is an advantage.
• Proven track record of driving hospital growth, referrals, and revenue generation.
