Central Reservations & OTA Executive

About the role

The Central Reservations & OTA Executive will lead the management of room bookings across all channels for Tranquil Inn Hospitality’s properties in New Delhi. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maximizing occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction through efficient reservation handling and OTA coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Process direct and OTA bookings, update rates and availability on all platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, group reservations, and overbooking situations.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure accurate information across booking systems.
• Monitor booking trends, generate occupancy and rate performance reports.
• Support sales initiatives through upselling, cross‑selling, and conversion efforts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication throughout the guest journey.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in hotel reservations, OTA platforms, or channel management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Hospitality or hotel management education preferred.
