CCTV Technician – Installation & Support

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance, access control and related security equipment. The role involves both on‑site installations and remote support to ensure reliable security systems for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission IP and analog CCTV systems.
• Set up NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras and PoE switches.
• Perform cable laying, termination, labeling and testing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and PCs.
• Install and maintain access control, biometric and video intercom systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Diagnose and replace faulty cameras, hard drives, power supplies and networking equipment.
• Maintain installation, service and asset documentation.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure successful project delivery and follow safety standards.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support as required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with IP and analog CCTV systems.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Ability to deliver customer support and coordinate project delivery.
