Cashier – Full‑time Retail Position

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our Indore store on a full‑time basis. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, handling purchases and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, card and digital payments.
• Issue accurate receipts and manage cash drawer balances.
• Answer basic product or price queries and greet customers courteously.
• Handle returns, discounts and refunds according to company policy.
• Reconcile end‑of‑day totals and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkout area and assist with nearby restocking.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional commerce or accounting training is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to transaction confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
