Cashier / Billing Executive

About the role

FAST TRACKS CAR CARE is looking for a detail‑oriented Cashier to manage billing, cash handling, and basic financial logging. The role requires strong numerical abilities, hands‑on experience with Tally, and proficiency in MS Excel to keep accurate daily transaction records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily customer billing, receive payments (cash, cards, UPI/digital wallets), and issue accurate receipts.
• Record all sales, expenses, and cash flows directly into Tally software.
• Maintain daily tracking sheets, inventory logs, and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation reports using MS Excel.
• Reconcile physical cash and digital drawer balances with daily sales reports to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Assist customers at the billing counter with a friendly and professional attitude, answering basic inquiries.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and cash reports to management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or Accounts Assistant.
• Mandatory proficiency in Tally and strong working knowledge of MS Excel (shortcuts, basic formulas, data entry).
• Good communication skills in Telugu/Hindi and basic English.
• High level of honesty and reliability in handling cash.
