About the role

Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Cargo Freight Executive to join its logistics team in Kochi. The role focuses on managing cargo operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. This position is ideal for candidates with 6 to 12 months of experience in warehouse or logistics environments who are looking to grow in a dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cargo operations to guarantee accurate and on‑time dispatch of goods.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and monitor cargo movements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and dispatch processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to streamline deliveries.
• Monitor product quality and address handling or delivery issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory and cargo for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle documentation and paperwork related to shipments and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve cargo‑related queries.

Required profile

• Graduate or higher qualification.
• 6–12 months of experience in cargo, freight, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
