Caregiver Supervisor / Nursing Officer (Home Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Supervisor / Nursing Officer to lead our home‑healthcare operations in Raipur. The role combines patient assessment, caregiver coordination and field management to ensure high‑quality, personalized care for elders and patients in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient and elder assessments at homes or hospitals to determine care needs.
• Identify appropriate caregiver or nursing staff and recommend suitable care plans.
• Recruit, schedule, and deploy caregivers in line with patient requirements and timelines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations, monitoring service quality and compliance.
• Build and maintain a robust network of local caregivers across Raipur and surrounding areas.
• Liaise with patients, families and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home‑healthcare as a supervisor, care coordinator or nursing officer.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment and caregiver management.
• Familiarity with the Raipur market and local caregiver recruitment.
• Willingness to work in the field and handle operational responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
