About the role

The Career Counsellor will guide and support middle and senior school students in making informed academic and career decisions. This includes providing structured counselling, career awareness programs, and higher‑education guidance aligned with each student’s interests, abilities, and future aspirations.

Key responsibilities

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for Middle & Senior School students.
Administer aptitude tests and career‑interest assessments.
Advise students on subject selection that aligns with career goals.
Provide up‑to‑date information on career pathways, professional courses, and emerging fields.
Assist students with college/university selection, application processes, SOPs, resumes, portfolios, and related documents.
Share details on entrance exams, scholarships, admission requirements and track application deadlines.
Organise career fairs, university visits, guest lectures and workshops on goal setting, decision‑making, time management and career planning.
Support students in academic planning and transition readiness.
