Care Specialist – Patient Support (Delhi)

About the role

Are you a dynamic leader with a patient‑first mindset who can build lasting partnerships? The Care Specialist will serve and educate patients during hospitalization and after discharge, acting as the preferred Ostomy Care partner for surgeons and nurses in Delhi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full bandwidth of care before, during and after surgery, including stoma marking, pre‑ and post‑operative guidance, first stoma bag application and serving as point of contact for complications.
• Educate patients about life with an Ostomy, Coloplast’s Ostomy Care portfolio and support them in selecting the optimal appliance and accessories.
• Ensure new patient discharge on CP products and value optimisation.
• Introduce patients to Coloplast CARE, register them and update daily patient details in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders to increase patient pool and business volume.
• Support the Territory Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and communication programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Coloplast’s code of conduct.
• Develop productive cross‑functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage organisational synergies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years nursing care experience in a reputable hospital.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing; knowledge of stoma management preferred.
• Demonstrated drive and ambition with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Strong alignment with Coloplast’s mission, vision and values.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective time and territory management and administrative capabilities.
