Cardiologist

About the role

Apex Hospitals is seeking a full‑time Cardiologist to join its Sri Ganganagar location. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive cardiac care to both out‑patients and in‑patients, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, assess cardiovascular conditions, and formulate treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as ECG, echocardiography, stress tests, and cardiac imaging.
• Perform and supervise interventional cardiology and vascular procedures within credentialed scope.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case discussions, and adhere to hospital protocols and national guidelines.
• Contribute to patient education, preventive cardiology programs, and departmental quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualification in Cardiology (MD/DM/DNB or equivalent).
• Valid medical registration and proven experience in hospital‑based cardiology practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage emergencies and work in a fast‑paced environment.
