Cardiologist – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

Apex Hospitals is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Cardiologist for its Sri Ganganagar location. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of cardiovascular conditions across both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, and develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Review patient histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and carry out cardiology procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and participate in clinical case discussions.
• Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health and support emergency cardiac care when required.
• Maintain accurate medical records, adhere to hospital protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Core medical expertise in Medicine and Cardiology with competence in subspecialties such as Interventional Cardiology and Vascular care.
• Recognised medical degree (MBBS) with MD or equivalent in Internal Medicine and DM/DNB or equivalent in Cardiology.
• Valid medical licence/registration with the relevant medical council and proven hospital‑based cardiology experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, procedural skills and familiarity with current cardiology guidelines.
• Commitment to ethical, patient‑centred care and continuous professional development.
