Capital Strategy Analyst - Business Development

About the role

CCaventus Asset Management is hiring a Capital Strategy Analyst for its Business Development team in Bengaluru. You will support fundraising research, investor-related analytics and internal reporting, working in a fast-paced team that drives strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and present market trends and investor profiles to support fundraising efforts.
• Assist with investor communications.
• Keep key databases such as Foliometrics accurate and up to date.
• Create and improve reports showing fundraising progress and team performance.
• Support daily workflow, including updating dashboards and tracking metrics.
• Partner with senior Business Development team members and internal teams so that marketing data and content stay current and aligned with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance, Business Analytics or an equivalent degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, business research or data analytics.
• Proven success in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with a focus on technical accuracy and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a time-sensitive environment.
